Shipping and Delivery

Silk in a Box delivers worldwide from the available stock. All goods are shipped the same day or first working day after reception of your payment, if the article is on stock. Your order is send by Belgian bpost. Silk in a Box is not responsible for any loss of packages by bpost. You always have the possibility to have your goods send by registered mail.

Belgium, Netherlands*:  2,95€  >  shipping is free when value of the goods > 75,00€

France, Luxemburg, Germany: 3,95

Sweden, Denmark*: 4,95€

Stock

Although we do have a very accurate stock management, it’s always possible that a certain article is sold out in one size or colour. In that case, we will already ship the rest of your order that’s available. The backorder will be ordered and shipped as soon as possible.

A backorder can take just a few days or in worst case two weeks. If the delivery time of your backorder is more than 30 days, you always have the possibility to cancel these items. We advise you to inform us by mail. Most of the time Limited Edition items cannot be backordered – we will inform you about this by mail.

Silk in a Box can decide to ship an order in more than one package. In this case, the extra delivery costs are on charge of Silk in a Box. In case a customer refuses a delivery or when incorrect or faulty order details or filled in, the goods will be kept or shipped again on charge of the customer.

Your order details

Deliveries are send to the delivery address which is provided by the customer. If you notice that you filled in wrong order details, such a s delivery address, please inform us a.s.a.p. so we can amend this correctly. If your order is yet ready to be shipped, we are unable to amend this faulty information. Silk in a Box is not responsible for any damage caused by this, so please verify your delivery address before placing your order.

Controle

Although every package is checked and controlled several times, it might happen in an exceptional case, that we send a wrong article, colour or size. Therefore it’s very important that before you open the sealed package, you verify if the item (and size and colour) you received is the same as the one you have ordered. An opened or unsealed packaging cannot be returned – see Silk in a Box’ return policy. 

Packaging

All goods are delivered in a neutral packaging without any logo on the outside (except the mention of SIAB and our return addres).
