Returns

How do we handle Returns?

Items which you have bought at Silk in a Box can only be returned if the package has not been opened and the goods have not been tried on or washed. The original packaging and sealing should still be unopened and undamaged. If you notice before opening a package that you ordered the wrong colour or size, you can return the goods within 14 days after you received the goods. Products that have been out of their package or have been worn will never be returned or exchanged and this for hygienic reasons. They need to be in brandnew condition with all the original labels attached. An item which is returned to Silk in a Box will always be controlled and checked by Silk in a Box. If Silk in a Box concludes that the package has been opened, we will not accept the return.

Never send an item back to Silk in a Box, before you informed us by mail about your return and the reason.

If you choose a refund of a returned item, you receive a voucher for the value of the returned article excluding the shipping and handling costs.

Limited Edition and Limited Stock items can never be returned.

Return Procedure 

1) Send us an email to returns@silkinabox.com within 14 days after you received the goods. Add your name, your ordernumber and the concerning item(s). Please mention in your mail the reason of the return.

2) Send us the return item within 14 days after your received the goods in its original unused and unopened condition with all original labels to Silk in a Box , Mereldreef 95, 3140 Keerbergen, Belgium. Damaged, used, worn or washed items or opened packages can never be returned or exchanged.

3) Make sure you use a solid packaging to protect the goods and its packaging from being damaged during shipping.

4) Always send us your return items by registered mail. This way you will be able to trace your package online. The costs of returning goods are on behalf of the customer.

 

Exchange Procedure

1) Send us an email to returns@silkinabox.com within 14 days after you received the goods. Add your name, your ordernumber and the concerning item(s). Please mention in your mail, which item you would like to return and which you would like to exchange it with. Give us the brand, the productname, the type of product (tights or hold ups, …), the colour and size you wish.

2) Send us the exchange item within 14 days after your received the goods in its original unused and unopened condition with all original labels to Silk in a Box, Mereldreef 95, 3140 Keerbergen, Belgium. Damaged, used, worn or washed items or opened packages can never be returned or exchanged.

3) Make sure you use a solid packaging to protect the goods and its packaging from being damaged during shipping.

4) Always send us your return items by registered mail. This way you will be able to trace your package online. The costs of returning goods are on behalf of the customer.

5) Transfer 3,95€ (shipping and handling costs) on the bank account of Silk in a Box (IBAN: 52363117696709  BIC: BBRUBEBB) and mention "Exchange + your ordernumber + your name".
