Important delivery information

Silk in a Box delivers worldwide from the available stock. All goods are posted by bpost (previously De Post), within 2-3 days after reception of your payment. Silk in a Box is not responsible for any loss of packages by bpost. You always have the possibility to ask us to send your goods by registred mail on your own cost (5,00€ extra). Please give us this information at the end of your Order or by mail, and add yourself 5,00€ to your payment. 

Packaging

All goods are delivered in a neutral packaging without any logo on the outside.

Returns information

For hygienical reasons Silk in a Box does not accept returns or exchanges of any sold goods (hosiery, shapewear,etc...).
